The room upgrade was fantastic, beds were comfortable, nice bathroom and good craft beer selection. Helpful and professional staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.

We liked the 'family run atmosphere'. Bedroom was excellent and food superb.
They had no brochures or information about the area in English.

Very nice area, not far from Münster (20 minutes drive). Appropiate also for joggers, using the network of bike paths.
The matrass of my bed was too soft, probably due to its age. Needs replacement.

The hotel provided an exceptional service with clean rooms and friendly staff. the breakfast included in the price was excellent with a good range of options to enjoy. the hotel is conveniently located near the city center and public transportation, making it easy to get around.
The service in the bierstube was poor and lacked initiative. Despite having a reservation, the server seemed disinterested in serving me.

This hotel is located conveniently close to the autobahn, making it easy to access from Münster for the Christmas markets. the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff are very accommodating. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning before heading out to explore the area. the restaurant has a great selection of dishes and is reasonably priced. the hotel also has good sound isolation and Wi-Fi available.
Some staff in the restaurant can be hit and miss with their service.

The hotel location was perfect for my Easter trip, close to the attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant, both the breakfast and dinner were great.
The bed was uncomfortable and the noise level from the hallways and other guests was unbearable. The hotel facilities seemed outdated and not well-maintained.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were of a high standard. The hotel also had easy access from the autobahn, making it convenient for us to get to the nearby city of Münster for the Christmas markets. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of tasty local products on offer.
